Unbeatable location with parking on-site. Found in the incredibly beautiful area close to communal areas and rooms, the centre and the other way to Newquay.

The location was perfect, walk from a cove and the bay. The breakfast was fresh made with berries and nuts, as for instance, the restaurant was great! I greatly enjoyed the city and hotel, would come back for sure.

The breakfast was gorgeous with toast and nuts, so much to pick from. Marvellous location, we were short walk to beaches and local transport, regular buses to St Ives and other local areas and all major attractions.
